On its mythical shores, they discovered, together with the woman who would become his wife, an art of beauty and care, inspired by the abundance of a generous nature. Our travelers have only one desire: to share this treasure and perpetuate this precious know-how, through a relationship of proximity, trust, and solidarity between local artisans and clients from the other shore.

The story of a meeting

From this encounter with the Levantine Mediterranean, cradle of humanity steeped in traditions and crossroads of legendary civilizations, this passionate geographer of History brings back a mythical soap: Aleppo Soap®, made with olive oil and laurel, ancestor of the true Marseille soap. It is the first step of this company which has been developing, for almost thirty years now, in respect of ancestral traditions.

Charmed by the art of the oriental bath, Tadé Pays du Levant® which will become Tadé Méditerranée, creates a cosmetic line focused on naturalness. It draws its inspiration from the warmth of the hammam, the expertise of local artisans whose manufacturing methods are inherited from Antiquity, and from the nobility and quality of its basic products.

From the citadel of Aleppo

The fascination for the Mediterranean world, the richness of its history, the beauty of its generous nature, the abundance of its fragrances has been translated 30 years ago by the foundation of Tadé. In the wake of its flagship product, the legendary Aleppo Soap, collections have emerged including Dead Sea salts and muds, authentic Moroccan wash mitts called "Kessé", Anatolian cotton fabrics, loofah sponges from Egypt, pure olive oil soaps from Corfu, combined with a variety of oils and fragrances from all corners of the Mediterranean. Established since 1995 on both sides of this "Great Blue", with a team in Aleppo and another in Signes, near Marseille, Tadé, through the bonds created with artisans, continues to explore new expertise and regions, on the shores of the "Mare Nostrum".
